    Abstract

—Using Drupal as a case study, we investigate the use of sentiment analysis on bulk sets of tweets in order to extract useful emotional trends relating to the development/release cycle. We offer extensive filtering of spam and other irrelevant data, automated categorization, and data visualization of various sentiment and categorical trends exhibited by our data set.
