dc.description.abstractThe angular distribution of X-ray scattering in the crystal having rectangular cross section is studied. It is shown that mixed X-ray Bragg-Laue fields is formed in the lateral crystal space. The simulations of rocking curves and reciprocal space maps are performed.en
