Abstract

The Godspeed Questionnaire Series (GQS) is one of the most highly cited and used questionnaire in the field of Human-Robot Interaction and Human-Agent Interaction. Since its inception in 2009, it has been translated into 19 languages. In this chapter, we discuss the history and development of the GQS as well its psychometric properties. For the first time we make the collected translations that have been provided by the research community, available in a formal publication. This will allow future authors to better reference the exact translations they used. We review the psychometric properties of the translations when available. We discuss the merits and limitations of the GQS, with a particular emphasis on the contribution of making measurement instruments available openly.
