| dc.description.abstract | With Falcon Electrical’s current growth, and the increasing size, complexity and diversity of projects undertaken, it has become necessary to improve the Project Management systems and abilities within the company. The systems in place increase effectiveness of a project’s delivery from concept through to completion. Improvements in these systems were determined as where value can be added to future projects and the on-going service work performed by Falcon Electrical. This report highlights the frameworks for improvement, and how these were integrated with the existing systems at Falcon Electrical and other tasks performed. | en |
