    Abstract

The aim of this project is to demonstrate to network companies and eventually large users, real world benefits of DG for their particular power supply situations. This paper is intended as a guideline for the integration of diesel and gas engine generators into energy supply solutions. It also outlines the basis on which such investments may be financially justified.
