Abstract

With the deployment of 3G networks by telecommunication companies, and the gradual implementation of wireless networks, seamless hand-over between the networks becomes an increasingly desirable facility. Seamless handover between these systems is possible, although support for seamless handover is somewhat lacking and research mainly directed toward IPv6 networks.
