Abstract

This paper presents a study of the benefits and costs of road pricing projects considering the current practices of project evaluation in the New Zealand context. A method for estimating the benefits and costs of road pricing initiatives is applied in Christchurch (New Zealand) to assess the practical consequences in a case study situation.
