Non-classical 4-dimensional Minkowski planes obtained as brothers of semiclassical 4-dimensional Laguerre planes
We describe the first non-classical 4-dimensional Minkowski planes and show that they have 6-dimensional automorphism groups. These planes are obtained by a construction of Schroth from generalized quadrangles associated with the semiclassical 4-dimensional Laguerre planes. All 4-dimensional Minkowski planes that can be obtained in this way from the semiclassical 4-dimensional Laguerre planes are determined.

Dashti, Farhad (University of Canterbury, 2017)Structural wall system has been one of the most common lateral load resisting elements in reinforced concrete structures. A relatively high stiffness is provided by a structural wall along its in-plane direction making it ...
Miller, Veronica Ruth (University of Canterbury. Physics and Astronomy, 2009)This work describes the observations and results found from a photometric survey of a 0.5° by 0.5° area of the Galactic Plane performed using the 2.2 metre ESO telescope at La Silla, Chile. The dataset comprises a total ...
Baxter, Robert Paul (University of Canterbury. Department of Civil Engineering, 2001)The aim of this research was to construct and test a partially grouted reinforced concrete masonry wall with window openings under out-of-plane loading and evaluate its behaviour. The behaviour of the wall was compared ...
