Abstract
The purpose of this project was to improve workplace collaboration at Calibre Consulting (CC). The following report examines workplace collaboration through remote working. This report focuses on work that is done remotely at one of CC's New Zealand offices rather than at an employee's home. As a secondary objective, collaboration within the Christchurch office was also analysed. The barriers to remote working were identified through research and evaluation of remote projects at CC. Recommendations to overcome these barriers were then developed.
